Stakeholders are people connected to your client who will be impacted by the outcomes of your coaching engagement and from whom you can gather insights about your client.

Adding stakeholders' contact information to an engagement allows you to share Digital Tools - such as 360 assessments, feed-forward and impact assessments - with them and receive and analyze responses.

The types of stakeholders you can add are:

  • Self - the client themself

  • Direct Report

  • Team Member

  • Peer

  • Direct Manager

  • Upper Manager

  • Others

You can add any number of stakeholders of each type!
