Contacts are individuals who are part of your coaching practice. They can be past clients, current clients, prospective customers


You can use contacts to build your emailing list and market you services.

Contacts can either be added manually by you, or will be captured automatically when someone books a session through your Showcase page. You can also mark a contact as a prospect, and track their conversion from prospective client to client right on your Simply.Coach account.

With Contacts, you can:

  • Schedule meetings with them

  • Make private notes

  • Assign actions

  • View all your interactions with them in a single Timeline

  • And, of course, create an engagement with them!
